The Malting House

The Malting House is a Grade II listed building on Newnham Road overlooking the Granta (the Newnham area of the River Cam). The name, appearance and features of the Malting House highlight its original 19th century purpose and reflect the presence of old town life still visible in the city. The house has, however, undergone significant restoration and conversion in order to become a student hostel.  It is a short walk from the main College site.

The property has 12 student rooms and two en-suite guest rooms.
